Melody Wright is the founder and CEO of Huringa, a mortgage strategy and technology company, and writes the M3_Melody Substack on housing, mortgage finance, and commercial real estate. She began her mortgage career at GMAC ResCap in 2006, then worked at nonbank mortgage servicers and mortgage technology firms before founding Huringa in 2022. A regular guest on Thoughtful Money and Fox Business, she is known for a data-driven bearish view that US home prices are heading lower.
